A reload bonus is an eligible promotion attached to a later deposit. It can add matched credit, spins or another stated benefit, but an account’s ability to deposit again does not prove that a first-payment coupon can be reused.

Read the particular offer’s repeat-use and account rules. This guide explains how to distinguish a later-deposit promotion, calculate the credit and check the conditions before a payment is made.

Published deposit-linked account offers

The examples below come from Fair Go and Ozwin’s promotions pages. They include a game-linked match, a once-only payment-method coupon, a Monday deposit promotion and an inbox-based Friday offer. Each has its own eligibility; these are four promotions across two casinos.

What the examples establish

Fair Go’s BUSHMAGIC promotion states a 200% bonus with 25 spins on Kev’s Bush Bonanza and a $60 minimum deposit. The 100-NEOS promotion states a 100% Neosurf bonus, a $20 minimum and once-only coupon use. A once-only offer should not be described as repeatable just because it is shown on an account promotions page.

Koala Monday uses KOALAMO and describes a Monday deposit offer whose benefit increases with the payment. The public text does not supply a complete rate-and-cap schedule, so no fixed percentage is invented here.

Ozwin’s Friday OzDeal advertises three bonuses for two deposits and directs players to their casino inbox. The offer does not publish a universal bonus amount in that summary. Check the account invitation and qualifying deposits before relying on it.

Australian regulation: ACMA identifies online slots and casino-style services among illegal online gambling services offered to Australians. A reload promotion or offshore licence does not establish Australian authorisation. Read ACMA’s consumer guidance.

A later deposit is not automatically a reload claim

Separate the deposit number from the promotion’s eligibility. A second or third stage of a welcome package can still be a welcome offer. A reload usually concerns another eligible payment under a later-deposit or account promotion.

The code, maximum claim count and qualifying account type should identify what is available. A headline saying “deposit $25” does not establish that an existing account can use it, nor that it can be repeated after an earlier claim.

Welcome stage

A defined part of a new-account package. Later stages can still have new-player eligibility and a specified deposit sequence.

Repeat-deposit offer

A promotion for an eligible later payment. Read claim limits, dates and whether the same coupon can be used again.

Selected account invitation

A package supplied through an account inbox or cashier. Its amount and rules can be specific to the recipient.

The welcome bonus guide covers first-payment packages. Existing-player bonuses also includes point exchanges and scheduled spins, which need not all be deposit matches.

Repeatable and once-only are different

A coupon can be available to an eligible established account but still be usable only once. Another offer can be scheduled weekly while limiting each account to one claim in that period. Those are different restrictions.

Do not treat a new week or a changed code name as automatic permission to claim again. Check redemption history and the current offer rules for the existing account.

Calculate the matched credit separately from the deposit

For a simple percentage match, multiply the qualifying payment by the match rate and then apply the stated bonus cap. This gives promotional credit before wagering, credit-removal and withdrawal conditions.

Hypothetical example: A 150% match on an eligible $40 payment supplies $60 of bonus credit. Deposit plus bonus totals $100 before any play. The player paid $40; neither the $60 bonus nor the $100 displayed total is automatically an unrestricted withdrawal.

A “play with” headline can include the player’s payment. Read whether the advertised amount is bonus credit or total playable funds. Otherwise a package can appear larger simply because the deposit has been counted as a benefit.

Understand the cap

If a hypothetical 200% match has a $100 bonus cap, a qualifying $50 deposit reaches that cap. A larger payment does not automatically create more promotional credit. It can increase real spending without increasing the bonus.

Multi-stage and tiered offers need their own calculations. Do not assume that several smaller payments combine to reach a tier or that the highest advertised rate applies to every amount.

Separate spin allocations

A match with extra spins has at least two components. Read the count, stake, eligible title and release schedule for the rounds separately from the cash-denominated credit.

A spin count does not establish its cash value or payout. The free-spins guide explains nominal spin stakes, while spins versus chips compares the balance mechanics.

Check the qualifying payment before sending funds

The cashier can accept money that does not qualify for the selected promotion. Read the coupon’s minimum, permitted payment methods, account currency and activation order as well as the ordinary cashier limits.

A payment-method offer is not automatically available through another funding route. Fair Go’s 100-NEOS coupon expressly identifies Neosurf; the ability to make a card payment does not establish eligibility for that coupon.

Activation and payment order

Some instructions require selecting or redeeming the offer before a qualifying payment. Others identify an account or cashier claim stage. Follow the actual sequence instead of assuming the bonus will attach retrospectively.

If the credited amount can be affected by currency conversion or fees, establish which figure is assessed against the minimum. A payment initiated in one currency is not proof of an equal number of units credited to the account.

Use the banking hub for funding-method questions and the AUD guide for account denomination. A dollar symbol alone does not settle the currency.

Scheduled and multiple-payment offers

For a Friday or Monday promotion, check the operator’s timezone, payment status and exact claim window. A pending transfer and a completed eligible deposit can be treated differently.

For an offer involving more than one payment, identify the minimum and conditions for each. “Two deposits” is not a complete rule without the account invitation’s amounts, timing and benefit structure.

Read the wagering base, not only the multiple

A reload percentage describes how credit is supplied. Wagering describes eligible play required under the bonus rules. The two percentages or multiples answer different questions.

For a hypothetical $30 deposit and $60 bonus, 30× bonus-only wagering creates $1,800 of eligible turnover. If the rule instead applies 30× to deposit plus bonus, it creates $2,700. Neither calculation is the terms of a featured offer.

At 50% game contribution, each $1 wager adds $0.50 to a target. Excluded titles and reduced-contribution titles are different cases. Read the eligible-game list rather than assuming the whole lobby qualifies.

The balance can be lost before a target is reached. Our wagering calculator calculates required turnover, not a guaranteed cost or final balance.

Maximum stakes and optional actions

The game can permit a stake above the coupon’s maximum. Check enhanced modes, gamble actions and feature purchases as well as ordinary rounds. A small displayed base stake does not make a purchase costing many times that amount a small action.

The bonus-buy guide explains complete action costs. A larger reload does not waive betting restrictions.

RTP is not a bonus-clearance forecast

A slot’s theoretical return is a long-run measure. It does not predict what one balance will retain across a particular wagering target. Volatility describes variation rather than wins scheduled to recover previous spending.

Read RTP explained and volatility before treating either as a guaranteed estimate.

What happens to an active bonus?

Before adding another promotion, check whether the account permits overlapping offers and which balance is used first. A new payment can interact with an existing promotion rather than creating a separate unrestricted balance.

Read the effect of cancellation and withdrawals. Removing a bonus can also affect its associated winnings. Do not cancel an active package solely because a new banner has a higher percentage.

Our bonus balance treatment guide explains credit removal and related rules. A reload’s original promotional credit may not become part of the eventual cash payment.

Expiry and cashout limits

Distinguish the deadline to activate a coupon, the qualifying-payment window and the time to use spins or complete wagering. Check when each starts and which funds are affected at expiry.

A maximum cashout is an upper limit under the rules, not a promised amount. Completing turnover does not remove separate verification or withdrawal conditions. See bonus withdrawal limits and real-money slots for those stages.

A reload claim checklist

  1. Confirm the offer applies. Check the account, payment stage and previous claims.
  2. Read payment requirements. Match minimum, method, currency and claim timing.
  3. Check active balances. Understand combinations, cancellation and withdrawal effects.
  4. Follow the activation order. Use the stated code or account-inbox route.
  5. Verify the credit. Match the actual bonus and spins to the selected promotion before playing.

If a payment succeeds but the promotion does not appear, retain the transaction status, offer reference, code and exact response. A successful deposit does not prove that its coupon attached.

Our coupon troubleshooting guide covers missing or rejected packages. Do not repeat a payment simply to test whether a bonus will appear.

On mobile, expand the full terms and balance details. The mobile hub covers device access, but a smaller screen does not alter a qualifying-payment rule.

Keep the intended spending separate from the promotion

Compare the actual credit supplied, eligible turnover, permitted games, expiry and withdrawal treatment for a payment already within a spending limit. A maximum bonus is not a reason to increase the payment.

Do not reload to recover losses, replace lost bonus funds or preserve a weekly reward. A later-deposit promotion is optional. Support information is available through responsible gambling.

Reload bonuses: frequently asked questions

What is a reload bonus?

It is an eligible promotion attached to a later deposit, such as matched credit or spins. Read the account and repeat-use rules before treating a coupon as a reload.

Is a second welcome-stage deposit a reload?

Not necessarily. It can remain part of a defined new-account welcome package. Deposit number alone does not establish the promotion category or repeatability.

Can every reload code be reused?

No. A promotion can be once-only, scheduled with a claim limit or restricted to an account invitation. Read previous-claim conditions.

Does a higher percentage always give more useful credit?

No. Compare the qualifying amount, bonus cap, wagering base, games, expiry and withdrawal conditions as well as the rate.

How do I calculate a simple match?

Multiply the qualifying deposit by the rate and apply the bonus cap. For example, a hypothetical 150% match on $40 supplies $60 bonus credit before other conditions.

Is the cashier minimum the same as the promotional minimum?

Not always. A payment can be accepted by the cashier without qualifying for a coupon. Read both sets of requirements.

Can I use a payment-method coupon with a different method?

Do not assume so. A named payment requirement is separate from the methods accepted by the cashier. Check the specific coupon.

What does Ozwin Friday three-for-two establish?

The public promotions page advertises three bonuses for two deposits on Fridays and directs players to their casino inbox. The account offer must supply the qualifying amounts, timing and full conditions.

Does a successful payment prove the reload attached?

No. Check the actual promotional credit and spin allocation before playing. Retain the offer reference and response if there is a mismatch.

Can a reload affect an existing bonus?

It can. Read overlapping-offer, balance-order, cancellation and withdrawal rules before adding another package.
