Existing-player bonuses are promotions for eligible accounts after registration. They can include reload matches, scheduled spins, comp-point rewards or selected account offers. The key question is whether the particular account qualifies, not whether a welcome banner is still visible on the casino website.
This guide separates published repeat-player promotions from first-payment coupons. It explains how to read a scheduled offer, check any required deposit and understand the balance conditions before accepting another package.
Published account promotions at Fair Go
Fair Go’s promotions page supplies the examples below. These are four promotions at one casino, not four different casinos. Each has its own claim route and conditions; their appearance together does not establish that they can be combined or used by every existing account.

Claim through Fair eXchange in the account
View promotionsOffer links lead to the casino’s current promotions page. Check the matching promotion, account eligibility and full terms. Dollar amounts follow the offer currency and are not automatically AUD.
The same source describes VIP Thursday bonuses delivered through the casino inbox. It does not publish a universal amount for every account. A selected inbox benefit should not be presented as a guaranteed weekly entitlement.
Fun Monday is also not a deposit-free offer in the ordinary sense: it requires at least one deposit during the stated Saturday-to-Monday period. The absence of a new payment at the moment of redemption would not remove that earlier qualifying-payment condition.
Common existing-player promotion types
Reload matches
Bonus credit follows an eligible later payment. Check the match rate, cap, payment method and whether the coupon can be repeated.
Scheduled spins
Rounds become claimable on a stated day or after defined activity. The claim window and earlier qualifying period can differ.
Comp-point rewards
Available points can be exchanged for an account reward. Read the point cost, conversion and resulting bonus conditions.
Other offers may be selected for an account rather than generally available. A casino inbox message can specify its own amount, code, dates and conditions. It should be read as that account’s offer, not copied into a public comparison as a universal promotion.
Cashback and draws are separate mechanics
Cashback depends on the offer’s defined calculation base and eligibility. It is not necessarily a percentage of every payment, and it may be credited as restricted bonus funds. A draw supplies a chance of a reward rather than a guaranteed credit.
Read the particular rules before grouping either with a reload match. A fixed deposit match, a selected cashback payment and a prize draw do not have the same calculation or certainty of credit.
For first-payment packages, use welcome bonuses. The reload guide focuses on later-deposit matches, while free spins explains game-specific allocations.
An existing account is only the first eligibility check
Having an account does not qualify a player for every returning-player promotion. Read the required account status, previous-claim limits, qualifying activity and any invitation condition.
A once-only payment-method coupon is different from a repeatable weekly offer. Likewise, completing a welcome package does not automatically activate every reload coupon displayed elsewhere. Check the particular code and its redemption history.
Read qualifying periods carefully
A scheduled promotion can describe one period for qualifying and another for claiming. Fair Go’s published Fun Monday wording, for example, links a Monday claim to a deposit between Saturday and Monday. The full offer should clarify any additional timing and account conditions.
Confirm the operator’s timezone and relevant transaction status. A pending payment and a completed eligible deposit can be treated differently. Do not assume a displayed local date explains when a casino’s promotional day begins.
Account-only invitations
For an inbox offer, match the invitation to the actual account and date range. A code shared by another player may have a different package or may not be eligible at all. An unchanged code name does not prove that the terms stayed the same.
Do not create duplicate accounts or misstate details to bypass a restriction. If a promotion is unavailable, clarify the existing account’s status through the operator’s verified support channel.
Compare the payment and the benefit separately
For a reload match, write down the qualifying amount, rate and bonus cap. A hypothetical 150% match on an eligible $40 payment supplies $60 of bonus credit before other conditions. This is an illustration, not the terms of a listed offer.
Read whether the advertised figure is bonus credit or the total playable balance including the deposit. “Play with $125” does not necessarily mean a $125 bonus. A clear comparison keeps the player’s payment separate from the added promotional amount.
The cashier minimum may be lower
A payment accepted by the cashier can still be below the promotional minimum. An excluded payment method can also fund an account without qualifying for the code. Check both the payment process and the coupon conditions before relying on a deposit to activate a package.
Fair Go’s 100-NEOS promotion specifically identifies Neosurf, a $20 minimum and a once-only coupon. Those conditions should not be replaced by the rules of an unrelated card payment or another casino’s Neosurf package.
The deposit bonus guide covers payment qualification, and the banking hub distinguishes account funding from promotional eligibility. Our AUD guide explains currency checks.
Spin and point value
For spins, check the assigned title, count and stake. Count multiplied by stake measures nominal spin stakes, not an expected cash payment. A point exchange needs its own cost and conversion details rather than an assumed dollar value for every point.
Do not wager merely to earn enough points for a reward. Any spending used to qualify remains real spending, and a reward does not make it free. Compare the conditions with the activity already intended, rather than changing that activity to chase a benefit.
Check the offer before the payment or redemption
- Find the actual account offer. Use the current promotions page or a valid account invitation.
- Confirm eligibility. Check previous claims, qualifying periods, methods and any invitation condition.
- Read the balance rules. Note wagering, permitted games, maximum bets and cashout limits.
- Follow the stated claim order. Establish whether activation is needed before a qualifying payment.
- Inspect the credit. Match the code, bonus amount or spin allocation to the selected package.
For a code-based claim, retain the complete published string and use the correct coupon field. Avoid accidental spaces or punctuation. A payment reference and an authentication code serve different purposes from a promotion coupon.
If an offer is credited incorrectly, resolve the mismatch before using another balance to play. A successful payment message does not establish that the intended bonus attached to the account.
Our code troubleshooting guide covers rejected or missing promotions. The spin code directory shows why similar coupon names should not be swapped between packages.
Check an active bonus before accepting another
Read whether the account can hold more than one promotion and how funds are used. A deposited balance, promotional credit and associated winnings can be separate figures with different rules.
Switching offers or requesting a withdrawal can affect an active bonus. Establish the consequences of cancellation before accepting a replacement. Removing the initial credit is not always the only effect.
The bonus balance treatment guide explains these distinctions. A welcome package should not be cancelled solely because a new banner has a larger percentage.
Wagering base and contribution
A multiple needs a base. A hypothetical $50 bonus with 30× bonus-only wagering requires $1,500 of eligible turnover. A deposit-plus-bonus rule uses a different base and must be calculated from its actual wording.
At 50% game contribution, each $1 wager adds $0.50 to a target. Excluded games and reduced-contribution games are different cases. Check whether optional modes, feature purchases and gamble actions are permitted as well as the ordinary title.
The balance can be lost before a target is reached. Our wagering calculator calculates turnover, not a guaranteed cost or outcome. Read spin wagering for winnings-based rules.
Expiry, caps and account checks still matter
A scheduled claim window can be different from the time to use credited spins or clear wagering. Note each starting point and the balance affected at expiry. A countdown is not a reason to increase stakes or make an unplanned payment.
A maximum cashout is an upper limit, not a promised payment. Check any removal of original credit, minimum withdrawal and verification conditions. A displayed game result is not the same as a completed payout.
Use bonus withdrawal limits and real-money slots for these separate stages. No-deposit and no-wagering describe different conditions and should not be inferred from an account-only invitation.
When checking an offer on a phone, expand the full terms and account balance information. The mobile hub covers display and access, but a smaller screen does not change the coupon’s restrictions.
Treat an available promotion as optional
A published schedule does not create an obligation to claim every week. Compare eligibility, qualifying spending, actual benefit, wagering, expiry and withdrawal treatment before considering an offer useful for the existing account.
Do not deposit to recover lost promotional funds or increase play to preserve a tier, point total or invitation. Support information is available through responsible gambling. Promotional activity should not override a spending or time limit.

Existing-player bonuses: frequently asked questions
What is an existing-player bonus?
It is a promotion for eligible accounts after registration. It can involve a reload payment, scheduled spins, comp points or a selected account invitation.
Can every existing account claim every published offer?
No. Previous claims, account status, qualifying activity, timing and invitation conditions can restrict eligibility. Read the particular promotion.
Are the four featured promotions from different casinos?
No. The examples are four published Fair Go account promotions. Each has its own claim route and conditions.
Does Fun Monday require earlier deposit activity?
The published Fair Go wording requires at least one deposit between Saturday and Monday to claim 25 spins on Monday. Check full account and timing conditions.
Can the 100-NEOS coupon be used repeatedly?
The published promotion states it can be used once. It also identifies Neosurf and a $20 minimum deposit. Other coupon and account conditions still apply.
Are comp points automatically the same as cash?
No. Read the available reward, point cost and conversion conditions in the account. An exchange can create restricted promotional funds or a spin allocation.
Does a successful deposit prove the bonus was credited?
No. Check the selected promotion and actual bonus or spin allocation. A payment can reach the account without activating the intended package.
Can an account use two bonuses together?
Do not assume so. Active-bonus and balance rules can restrict combinations. Read the consequences before cancelling or replacing a promotion.
Does an inbox offer guarantee the same reward next week?
No. A selected invitation applies to its stated account, amount and dates. It should not be treated as a universal recurring entitlement.
What should I compare besides the headline percentage?
Compare qualifying spending, bonus cap, spin stakes, wagering base, contribution, expiry and withdrawal conditions. A larger percentage is not a complete comparison.
