Request a correction

Include the page address, the sentence or figure you want reviewed and a current source showing the issue. For a bonus, identify the casino and exact promotion: two offers from the same operator may have different codes or conditions. A dated screenshot can help explain a discrepancy, provided personal account information has been removed.

Tell us whether the problem concerns an expired link, a typing error, a game description or a substantive factual claim. We consider the evidence before changing a page. We do not promise a fixed reply time or that every suggested change will be accepted.

Report a website problem

For a broken menu, unreadable layout or calculator problem, send the page URL and a brief description of what happened. Device type, browser name and the values entered into a calculator can help reproduce an issue. There is no need to send a complete browsing history, device identifier or account login.

Casino account questions

Payments, identity verification, bonus eligibility, account restrictions and withdrawal requests must be discussed with the operator responsible for the account. Online Slots AU cannot inspect a player balance, change a casino decision or release money. We are not an operator’s customer-support desk or a dispute-resolution authority.

Commercial enquiries

State the organisation you represent and what you are proposing. Sending an offer, image or press release does not guarantee coverage. Commercial material is subject to the same need for accurate descriptions outlined in our editorial policy and affiliate disclosure.

Keep messages relevant

Do not email passwords, one-time login codes, card numbers or copies of identity documents. Send only the information needed for the publishing enquiry. See the privacy policy for how correspondence may be handled.
